Income eligibility for tenants
To qualify for an affordable rental through Rentwell, your household income must fall within the ACT Government’s annual limits for affordable housing.

These limits are indexed annually by the ACT Government. If your income falls within these bands, you may be eligible to apply for a Rentwell property. Check to see if you meet the income and assets test.
