Income eligibility for tenants
To qualify for an affordable rental through Rentwell, your household income must fall within the ACT Government’s annual limits for affordable housing.

| Single with 1 child | $93,300 |
| Single with 2+ children | $114,900 |
| Couple (no children) | $102,500 |
| Couple with 1 child | $124,100 |
| Couple with 2+ children | $145,000 |
These limits are indexed annually by the ACT Government. If your income falls within these bands, you may be eligible to apply for a Rentwell property. Check to see if you meet the income and assets test.
