Finding Stability Through Rentwell

At the beginning of 2020, I escaped a domestic violence relationship. My four-year-old daughter and I moved in with my mum temporarily while I searched for somewhere to live. I struggled to find affordable accommodation until early October, when I came across an ad on AllHomes for a property with Rentwell. I matched the eligibility criteria and reached out to organise an inspection. The property manager was so helpful and kind. She told me they had just received a new property that she thought would be perfect for us. It hadn’t been advertised yet, and I went to have a look. It was perfect—and so affordable. I couldn’t believe my luck. I signed the lease that day and moved in a week later.
I will be forever grateful for what Rentwell has done for me in the past four years I’ve been with them. There have been times when I’ve fallen behind on the rent, and the team has worked with me while I got back on my feet. Rentwell is unlike typical landlords or property managers and has been extremely supportive and non-judgmental throughout the past four years.
